Video 4 (Runtime 1:18)

This volume begins on a strong note with 12 10 006, a clip filled with some very interesting and exciting smoking, including deep breathholds and recycled French inhales. Jessica maintains this fiery pace in 12 16 001, wearing a cute black hat and pulling loads of well-lit smoke to the bottom of her lungs.

The pace slows for a practice clip in 12 16 002, where the patient among us will be encouraged by Jessicas progress with smoke rings, while the impatient may let out a grumble or two. No powdered donuts just yet.

12 18 005 is a volume standout: Jessica devours a well-presented More with authority, giving the viewer a nice, long dangling sequence as well as a handful of unpredictable multiple drags. The clips surrounding this segment include two solid closeup segments and Jessicas second attempt at smoking a cigar. In this clip, 12 18 002, Jessica awkwardly and hurriedly smokes a thin-sized cigar, seemingly just to be done with it. To her credit, she performs a handful of nice-looking wafts.

When Jessicas on, shes totally on: 12 24 004 will likely be regarded as one of her finest clips. Perfectly relaxed and laying back on her couch, she seems to be having an orgasmic rush filling herself up with double and triple drags, very audibly inhaling and exhaling.

An interview in 12 24 005 stands as a small step up from the one found in Volume 3. The viewer will learn how she took to smoking, her favorite time of day to smoke, andperhaps of most interest to viewershow much she smokes each day.

1 07 003 provides this set with a strong finish and another volume highlight. Here Jessica demolishes a More up-close with great lighting and an awesome burning cherry. Her pace is more intense than usual, and put to some up-tempo dance music thatalthough never able to replace the sounds of her own smokingworks to surprisingly good effect.

Video 3 (Runtime 1:16)

This is the volume where Jessica truly turns pro. Its here that she settles on a style that borrows a little something from everywhere, yet truly remains her own! Fans of cork filters and breakneck-paced smoking will most definitely be pleased, with only a single Virginia Slims and two Mores appearing in the set. An unrevealing interview and only a handful of gripes aside, this collection is anchored by Jessicas playful personality (full audio in nearly every clip) and ever-changing smoking style.

Dec03;005 is an exceptional clip. Here Jessica smokes a Virginia Slims in side profile, employing an amazing range of exhales, including nose, multiple, residual, cone, combined, talking, delayed, gushing, and combination (mouth and nose). All of these exhales are perfectly-illuminated and come at a rapid-pace, with no more than four seconds between each drag. This is even more significant once she explains she had just smoked five in a row! Youll also see three successive hands-free drags, and as with all of them on this clip, youll hear them, too.

In Dec04;003, Jessica introduces her chase snaps, a technique that has seemed to cause as much controversy as it has excitement. Detractors argue that chasing a snap inhale simply isnt kosher, that its too self-conscious. Self-conscious or not, Jessica seems to have plenty of fun, catching all that smoke, and inhales to her toes. The clips great lighting highlights some truly aggressive smoking, including one of the volumes highlights, a fierce triple drag about mid-way in. Here youll also see Jessica dangle her nearly-finished cigarette and take a couple of good drags. Smoking so intensely, Jessica squeezes out her third exhale and remarks, Whoa, there was still some more smoke left there in my lungs...I didn't think I had any left."

If its audio you like, Dec06;001 and Dec06;002 will really impress. Both of them capture every last detail of her smoking sounds, including smacking lips, whooshing inhales, and nearly orgasmic exhales. While both clips include multiple-drag dangles, Jessica pulls out all the stops for Dec6;002 and gives herself ten in a row! Its clear that Jessicas in a very sexy mood with these two, and her smoking is the proof.

Whats no doubt popularly regarded as the highlight of the video is Jessicas intense, cough-inducing two-at-once in Dec10;003. Even the most experienced smoker will wince as she pounds these two, maintaining her usual pace of four seconds between each drag. She not only smokes them fast, she smokes them deep, taking a double, and later, a triple drag with perfect ease and playfulness. "It's fun smoking two at once--so much more smoke." At the end, she begins performing her signature chase snaps, sucking back thick balls of smoke that seem to hang nearly half a foot away from her, inhaling as deeply as humanly possible.

This volume may not have cigars, gloves, or goblets oozing with liquid smoke, but what it does have is some seriously heavy, diverse, and playful smoking.

Video 2 (Runtime 1:27)

A quantum leap beyond Jessicas excellent but probative first offering with Volume 1, this collection gives us a woman whos actually excited to be smoking in front of the camera. Her rings are poor, shes still a bit fidgety, and she still has some lapses in judgment (letting her dog share a scene with her), but its all redeemed by her increasingly strong smoking technique and confident, playful personality. While Jessica always endeavors to hit as wide a spectrum of interests as possible, this volume will appeal most strongly to fans of holders and long, two-in-a-row smoking scenes.

In terms of lighting, the four holder segments (again using her short red holder) vary from passable to quite good, and with the exception of one (where the burning cherry extends out of the frame), are well-shot, fast-paced, and engaging. Fans of heavy smoking will enjoy being able to gauge how deeply Jessica inhales by watching errant wisps of smoke continue to travel from the mouth of the holder and down into her lungs. The tightest of the holder clips, Nov 24 04 is nothing fancy, but its a crisp run with solid lighting. Nov 24 01 should be regarded as the weakest of the four, with only passable lighting and relatively ordinary smoking that does not reflect Jessicas suggestive attitude.

Nov 24 03 is a volume highlight: a white 120 smoked in side profile with excellent lighting and her trademark intense-casual style. Decisive double-pumps are performed throughout, with an emphasis on extremely deep, multiple exhales.

Other highlights include some lusciously dark andalthough it might be unfashionable to say sovery filthy snaps in Nov 24 05, and an unusually giddy Jessica in Nov 29 01, where she blows unrelenting streams of smoke into the camera.

There are three extended clips in this volume, and not surprisingly, all are quite different from each other. Nov 25 01 has Jessica just out of the shower, chatting up the usual fare with the viewer about her smoking while she chain-lights a second. This ones got some amazing, thick right-at-yous, but as a result, the scope of the lighting is limited. Nov 29 03 is a more relaxed and seductive longer clip, most likely because Jessica is focused on her smoking, and not on talking. Nov 29 02 is arguably the most exciting of the trio (and for that matter, the entire volume), where Jessica quickly smokes a cork-filtered 100 and the camera cuts to (perhaps only a minute later) her lighting up two more of the same brand at once. At one point, she dangles both and takes four consecutive drags. Moments later, she alternates drags between the two cigarettes, taking four full hits into total with no smoke escaping.

Dec 1 002 (the dog clip) is humorous and good-natured, but it should be put to sleep. Dec 1 001 should be held as the true end to this set, as it offers the volumes best lighting and overall composition. Sitting unusually far from the camera, the viewer gets an almost voyeuristic thrill as Jessica performs creamy wafts and fluffy exhales, smoking a long all-brown cigarette.

Video 1 (Runtime 2:07)

First outings can be rocky and schlocky, and although Jessicas first volume is not without its share of bumps, its the one that put her on the map and made her the smoking starlet she is today. Here the viewer will see Jessica undergo a remarkable transition, at the very beginning absolutely fearingbut by the end, absolutely lovingevery bit of the video camera.

The four super-extreme close-up clips at the close of the set (Nov 15 01-4) distinguish this outing from all her others, with the lens getting in closer than most other producers have ever dared. Other volume highlights include her smoking a Newport in Oct 31 04; a uniquely engaging and natural right-at-you clip in Nov 10 02; and an intense dangling segment in Nov 14 03, smoking two white 120s at once.

As the first few clips are trial runs, and not at all bona fide smoking shows, theyre likely to be appreciated only by fans of less-rehearsed and more natural smoking. Youll mostly see Jessica and her producer exchange barely audible comments and have a good chuckle while experimenting with different camera lenses. Long-time fans will likely be shocked to see Jessica inhaling without her trademark snap!

But dont panic just yet: solid lighting and smoking style is achieved on only the third clip into the set. By Oct 31 03, Jessicas production values rival those of her latest volumes, and more importantly, shes relaxed to the point where shes focused on the smoke, not the camera.

Even in her early days, Jessica illustrates some serious smoking power, shooting her first two-in-a-row segment with Jan 4 03, and her first two-at once with May 15 01 (the latter a bit clumsily handled). As per usual, youll also see her perform double-drags and deep inhales throughout this collection.

This set starts off slowvery slowhas a few outright duds (including a throwaway cigar segment), and runs without audio in nearly half of the clips, but Jessicas rise to professional-quality work is rapid, with edited clips and impressively varied smoking.
